Do you offer free shipping ?
We offer free shipping within Canada and the United States. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.
Can I return my item ?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition. To start a return, please contact our support team at support@aurranorth.com and include your order number.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
How do I know which size to order?
